With better communication, we can ultimately achieve better results. Effective communication is all about developing a relationship. Ideally, that relationship will be built on trust and will last a lifetime. Jodi has been a freelance consultant for nearly ten years, and she officially started Hoyt Consulting in January 2011. She earned her Master’s of Business Administration in 2009 from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND, and her Bachelor’s of Music in music theory and composition in 2004 from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. Additionally, Jodi is an adjunct business instructor at Southeast Technical Institute in Sioux Falls.

Jodi and her husband, Nathan, married in 2004 and have a one-year-old son, Lincoln. Their house is also home to two dogs, two cats, a Jackson’s chameleon, and a 75-gallon fish tank. In her spare time, Jodi loves to golf, run, ride bicycle, and play sand volleyball. She is also a big Marvel fan and a self-proclaimed tech geek.
